Eboni Dance Theatre, established by CMFA under the guidelines of the famed Dance Theatre of Harlem, is the only classical based ballet company of its kind in the state and one whose performances have brought critical acclaim to CMFA and the community. Eboni draws audiences, dancers and guest artists from throughout the region. Under its artistic leaders the Company broadened its outreach by introducing classically trained dancers to the excitement of Afro-Fusion Jazz.
